This is done by undertaking the task of providing consultations and organizing contracts related to intellectual property, such as the intellectual property assignment contract, the licensing contract to use the trade name, the franchise contract, and the commercial franchise contract, and registering and publicizing them, in addition to registering commercial agencies and franchise contracts inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
